During its earlier establishment, the Firm had one registered office at No. 4875, 2nd Floor, Jalan Bagan Luar, 12000 Butterworth, managed by Ms. Bavani Arunasalam under the name & style of A.Bavani & Company . The firm expanded in 2012 when Mr.V.K.Dasaratharaj joined the firm and was made the partner and the name of the firm was

Ms. Bavani was admitted as an Advocates & Solicitors of the  High Court of the High Court of Malaysia in 1996. She chambered in M/ s Bala Mahesan & Khairuddin and upon call to the Bar she joined M/ s Brijnandan Singh Bhar & Co.  In 2006, our Ms.Bavani started her own Private Practice under the name and style of M/ s
